Summer is OVER. Time for Spartan Training
Summer is super over. Why wait until Summer is half way over to get in the gym. . . . here is some pure glory. P90x is amazing, super intense workout, 12 workouts to be exact. Its like having your own personal trainer in your house LITERALLY. Tony Horton is a beast, the guy is 40 somethin and has an incredible body.
